"These guys are awesome! From day 1, Andres the M.I.C (man in charge) was very engaging throughout out the process. This was my first time major project to my house since I bought it a few years ago. I recommend anyone who needs concrete or any landscaping work to pick this crew and pick Andres brain for advice when trying to bring your imagination to life. I would ask him what has he's seen that looked great or awful where my lot was at. I appreciate what he shared. It came out better than expected and I have received multiple compliments to this day. "The gentleman came out promptly on time to offer me an estimate. He explained very clearly what he would do to resurface my driveway. There was no high pressure. I had 4 other estimates, but not only was his price more reasonable, his manner and honesty were obvious. He arrived on the scheduled day of the work on time and dis fantastic prep work to insure the coating would look good and stick. My driveway was very overgrown on the edges and had some significant cracks. He managed both problems well before applying the coating. I highly recommend his services."

The most obvious disadvantage of permeable paving is that the cost is typically higher compared to non-permeable concrete, pavers, or asphalt methods. Although permeable paving is not ideal for highways, airports, and other surfaces supporting heavy traffic and machinery, it is suitable for regular residential driveways.

Driveways should be sloped with a minimum 2% slope—anything lower will cause precipitation and runoff to collect. A 2% slope is the equivalent of a 2-foot rise over 100 feet. One quick way to check the integrity of your driveway’s slope: no more than four inches of water should collect on the surface longer than 15 minutes after rain.

Interlocking pavers offer a number of advantages over regular pavers. For instance, they’re more durable, more resistant to shifting, and easier to repair. There are also permeable options that allow for drainage. However, interlocking pavers are more often more expensive than regular pavers and are prone to growing weeds over time.

You can pour concrete over asphalt if it’s in good condition, thick, stable, and well-compacted. Concrete is more durable than asphalt and can extend the lifetime of your driveway without having to pay frequent asphalt driveway repair costs or replace it completely. 

But this is best reserved as a temporary solution based on budget restraints, as asphalt requires more frequent repairs and assessments than concrete. Once that concrete top is poured, it’ll be harder to accurately understand what’s happening beneath that layer, which could lead to more issues.
