"i want to be very honest about this review. I called this company listed in the Neighbor to Neighbor book that came to my mailbox. I figured since there was only 1 appliance repair listed that they had done the "homework" for me......not so Technician Mike showed up during scheduled time... that was all the good news i have for them. $60 later, he couldn't find the model on my old Whirlpool stove and gave me an estimate so "out there" based on the fact he couldn't find the model #. He also had an attitude which does not help transactions go smoothly and spoke to my husband and I as if we were idiots when i asked him to explain something to us. I am disappointed and out $60. Oh and his parting words ---If i can find the model # they can come back and repair it based on what they find and --oh---i'll get the $60 applied to labor----r u kidding me??????"

"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."
