The team was very efficient, careful of surfaces, items on shelves etc. and were very accommodating when I specified products to use on all my quartz countertops and new appliances. My windows never looked so clean!

Crew should carefully check the completion of their work to ensure nothing was left out. In my case, all the inside walls were not cleaned only a few. Webs were on the ceilings.

So detail oriented, careful, and thorough in each cleaning.

I want to say that for 160 dollars per hour, and the quality of the cleaning that I received. Fell under par. I did find items that were missed. My bad for not double-checking everything right after. But I was trusting these 2 women , to do the job they were hired to do. Which they do daily I believe. I will NOT go with Molly maids again. Nothing against the ladies. Just sub par results.

I discovered that I do just as good a job as they did. Could have saved myself 225.00.

We hired them to do a deep clean for the first round of services and then a weekly maintenance once a week. The house was cleaned overall on average. There were some spots missed which was the oven that needed a thorough wiping after they cleaned it. When I turned the stove on to use it, the fumes from the chemicals were bad:( Anyway, this can easily be remedied by letting them know tomorrow when they come back to clean out these areas. This was also the case with the stovetop fan blower above, there is still oil dripping though the top had cleaner that dried and did not look polished which was not thoroughly cleaned during the deep clean we requested. Other than that, great customer service and just a few minor things to go over with them tomorrow when they come again. Thank you Molly Maid.

I thought I was going to have to replace or coat the bathtub in the front bathroom of my "new" house. They did such a good job getting the rust off of the enamel that it looks almost new! The house was built in 1954 or 1955, The previous owner had never upgraded from galvanized pipes to copper. I have now done that very costly renovation so it should take less time in future to keep clean the house clean and squared away. We are starting with every other week and will adjust as appropriate, either more or less frequent probably less frequent. This 3 bedroom 2 bath old house was Very dirty & dusty from recent renovation work I had done. It is such a pleasure to be able to touch something without leaving hand or fingerprints in the dust. I think 2 people worked 3 hours and did an excellent job! Most of the dust was that super fine stuff created by patching sheetrock with "mud' and then sanding with very fine sandpaper. I am very picky about how my house is cleaned and maintained. The last cleaners I also got from you and they worked me for me for over a year starting out excellent, and by the time I was getting set to move in July 2019, I could clearly see they didn't care any more at all about the quality of their work. If you want their name I will give it to you but not printed here.

I had them in to do a deep clean on my townhouse and I was moving out and putting the place up for sale. I was not there when they arrived, my real estate agent was. She had to call them back for a redo because the place was not completely cleaned. When they arrived a second time, she had to physically show them how she wanted them to thoroughly clean the place.
