"This is my first time leaving a review for a company as I've never felt the need to, but using Pacific Environmental I feel I should share with my home owners. My husband and I bought out first home which we love but a room had acoustic ceiling. I reach out to PEAS, which everyone in the office was very helpful and patient on guiding me through this experience. Their scheduling was amazing as I was dealing with Closing Escrow and moving my family in. Once they arrived, they informed me on the scope of work and what they would be doing and what to expect, this being my 8-year-old son room so I was a bit worried on hazardous material that was being removed and used. CONTAINMENT WAS AMAZING! I was so happy and felt so safe on how they kept the area and the protection they took to take care of my family and themselves. My kids thought the crew looked pretty cool too, haha. CLEANING WAS AMAZING! Work was conducted upstairs and they went the extra mile and cleaned everything they touched, I really appreciate that, as it again made me feel secure and safe. PEAS left a memorial memory our kids still talk about. I strongly recommend them and would use them again."

He responded to all my texts so quickly and communicated with the office for me to get all the documentation that my insurance needed. He even followed up to make sure I had everything I needed. Angel came back multiple times to check on our house and make sure everything was drying properly and that there wasn't any further damage. He left the fans under our house for over an extra week for no additional charge to make sure it was completely dry. Angel was awesome and offered the best customer service!"

Dave’s crew let me know that because of this they would paint the whole living room. They asked me to call and set up an appointment and I did. The day came and nobody showed up. I called Denise and she stated her crew called in sick and they were leaving town the next day. She would have Dave call me. He didn’t, so I txt him the following week and he called and said it would be more money, which it shouldn’t as I was previously told they mid-matched it so they would make it right. He was supposed to call later in the week and never did. I find though everyone was nice, the professionalism was lacking. I would not use again because of this."
