Unfortunately, his journeyman helper (James) arrived more than 2 hours late, seemed half asleep and his work effort wasn't even close to Sean's. Sean was able to minimize any adverse effects from James's work, and keep an upbeat, professional attitude all the while. Mr. Dove didn't do the work.  It was two of his employees or subcontractors.  The installation of the wiring, ceiling fan and ceiling light went fine, but the drywall repair wasn't that good.  The texture they sprayed on the walls didn't even remotely match the existing wall texture, so their patch job was obvious.  Also, they didn't reconnect something in one of the outlets so only the top socket worked.  When I notified Mr. Dove, he came out the next day to fix it.  I was impressed by Mr. Dove's professionalism, and would hire him again provided he did the work.
