"Yousif has done a handful of jobs for me around the house over the past several months and he has now become my go-to. He is honest, respectful, and reliable. His prices are fair and he does great work, from something as simple as replacing a switch or a thermostat, to changing out fixtures, and cutting out and installing recessed lighting. He was very patient with my perfectionism in determining the correct placement of the ceiling lights and had all of the necessary tools to get it done right. He assembled and mounted 2 large TVs on the wall including installing the outlets, and made sure it was centered perfectly. It feels good knowing that I have someone I can count on for all my future electrical and lighting projects that will see my vision and make it a reality. Mr. Dove didn't do the work.  It was two of his employees or subcontractors.  The installation of the wiring, ceiling fan and ceiling light went fine, but the drywall repair wasn't that good.  The texture they sprayed on the walls didn't even remotely match the existing wall texture, so their patch job was obvious.  Also, they didn't reconnect something in one of the outlets so only the top socket worked.  When I notified Mr. Dove, he came out the next day to fix it.  I was impressed by Mr. Dove's professionalism, and would hire him again provided he did the work.

"I interviewed six solar companies and got bids from three. Charlie of Landmark construction & energy crew stood out much more above the other companies that I spoke and met with. He is responsive, always returned my calls quickly and he does what he says he is going to do. Charlie came over to my house and met with me before installation, during the installation and after. "After searching online and interviewing a few contractors we found just do it builders on Angies list. From the beginning we had a very good chemistry with Eric the owner. A factor that was really important to us. My husband and I decided to go with him and we were very pleased with the outcome for our project. As Eric promised the remodel took almost 4 weeks. They remodel our kitchen completely with new cabinets, new granite counter top. We also changed the floors to hardwood floor and we also added recessed lights and few outlets in dining area. What I like the most with this company is that every morning we got a phone call from the project manger in the office about the schedule of every day, we knew exactly when the guys are coming to work and we were updated with the stages of the project.
