"Yousif has done a handful of jobs for me around the house over the past several months and he has now become my go-to. He is honest, respectful, and reliable. His prices are fair and he does great work, from something as simple as replacing a switch or a thermostat, to changing out fixtures, and cutting out and installing recessed lighting. He was very patient with my perfectionism in determining the correct placement of the ceiling lights and had all of the necessary tools to get it done right. He assembled and mounted 2 large TVs on the wall including installing the outlets, and made sure it was centered perfectly. It feels good knowing that I have someone I can count on for all my future electrical and lighting projects that will see my vision and make it a reality. "Sean came out to do the proposal and came out to do the work. He is really a great electrician, very professional and does clean work. Unfortunately, his journeyman helper (James) arrived more than 2 hours late, seemed half asleep and his work effort wasn't even close to Sean's. Sean was able to minimize any adverse effects from James's work, and keep an upbeat, professional attitude all the while. As a former supervisor, I have to commend Sean for his patience with his employee and staying focused on the customer during the job. With Sean's guidance, James has every chance in the world to improve. In the end, the ceiling fans and security light were installed nicely, work flawlessly, and look great!"

"Had old fluorescent lights.  This company specializes in replacing those old lights with new LED lighting highlighted by a new, finished, more up to date look along with a crown moulding trim.
These guys KNEW what they were doing.  The job went perfectly and came out great. They had TWO rooms to do (kitchen and pantry) and finished in one day.  Left the house cleaner than it was when they started.  Couldn't be happier with the service and the finished product.  All in all, a wonderful experience.

"Landmark construction and energy crew executed a whole kitchen renovation for us, including custom cabinets, new floors, new countertops, electrical (sub panel with lights and switches), recessed lighting covering, plumbing fixtures, took down wall to expand the kitchen area by merging it to the living room space. The cost included all the materials for cabinets and countertops, backsplash tiles, new floors and the appliances. We are thrilled with our new kitchen! Charlie, Nir and the workers did an excellent work and while the whole job was completed in less than a month. You could see how hard they worked in order to keep the work moving so it will be done in that time period that they originally promised us. On top of that, they worked hard to get things to our requirements (i.e. to stain the cabinets, complete the paint etc…). We all were pleasant and satisfied to have them work at our house and mainly with Charlie (project manager) that was approachable and supportive when we had requests or problems. I must mention that on few times, we were bothered with some of the workers when they didn’t show up when they should, or worked more hours on the electricity panel. Clearly enough, it’s normal that you must have to handle a lot of problems when you decide on going for this type of project. The final cost was the same as we agreed with them at first, although we were sure that it will be increased due to some additional things that we did during the work and that were not included in the first estimate/agreement. Overall, we would give LANDMARK CONSTRUCTION AND ENERGY CREW Construction a strong recommendation!"
