"Medinas Masonry was impressive from start to finish and after. I’ve interviewed several masons for a retaining wall I needed complete and I felt most comfortable with bid I got from Luis. He was the most confident in the work and I felt was reasonable with his price expectations and of a customer. I actually think he did not charge enough! I ended up having Medina’s masonry do the entire front and backyard project after the retaining wall was completed ahead of time. They also did more than was quoted just because they went it was the right thing to do while there. Never did I get a phone call telling me “hey it’s going to be more than expected” or longer than projected. Most other trades we sub-out but have great relationships with companies who do electrical, plumbing, masonry, painting, flooring/tile work, cabinets, and many other home repair needs. We ask for a small deposit to start the job, but most of our billing occurs at the completion of the job. We work on both a time and material basis as well as bid projects, whatever the customer prefers.
