The plastic decking had become soft, and flexed enough when walking on it that it became a trip hazard. There were two experienced and hard working crew. the younger relative was learning the paperwork, bidding and scheduling end of the job. The crew let him learn by experience and did not complain about his mistakes. The job was expertly done.
