I would give them 10 stars if I could. Angel and his team are my concrete guys for life now. He built a complex 7 ft retaining wall, foundation, built 2 rockline swales, repaired street apron that was cracked and built deck stair piers on a slope and with bedrock drilldowns while undergoing geotech inspections - all work passed with County and geotechnical inspectors in our unusual conditions. I couldn't be happier. Angel and his team are now my trusted partners. Angel caught 2 discrepancies on our engineered plans and because of his attention to detail we were able to get them resolved without big delays. He saved us many times during my project. Angel and his workers are absolutely the hardest working people sometimes doing hand concrete work and many loads of wheel barreling that other contractors wouldn't do.

The work was well coordinated, the crew was focused and dedicated to doing a good job The job site was cleaned up at the end of the days work. All three projects met our expectations. We are very happy with the experience.

I can’t say enough good things about Angel and his company, Central Coast and Bay Area Concrete. As owner/operator he manages most aspects of the business. I kidded him that he probably needs a secretary! Angel is easy to work with and extremely competent. We had to pause my project unexpectantly and it delayed the final finish date. Angel went out of his way to complete the project before I had to leave for vacation. But best of all my new driveway looks fantastic! I’ve had many complements from neighbors too. It was expensive, but worth it. It will last for decades. Thanks Angel and company.

Highly recommended! We had Central Coast & Bay Concrete pour a 19’x13’ pad for a shed/workshop recently, and could not be happier with the results. Specifically: - Pricing was very competitive. I really received the value I was hoping for. - Communication was great. Easy communication via text and email to schedule the work, contract done online, and quick responses to any questions. - The guys really care about their work. The pour was on a Friday, and at 6pm the guys continued to hang around to let the concrete firm up some more to put a final trowel to it. It honestly looked great to me but they wanted to wait to go over the last section one more time, even when I told them they could take off. I was really impressed. - They took great care with cleanup. The work area was immaculate when they were done, they spread clean dirt against all edges, removed all the scrap, and sprayed down our entire existing patio (even where they did not work). Again, they really cared about their work. - The final pad is awesome. It is perfectly level, the joints are straight and super pro looking, and the final finish is great. I could not be happier with the result, and almost feel badly that my new shop will cover it! I am really happy with the work done at my house and will go to these guys first for any project I have. I have already recommended them to close personal friends of mine. Highly recommended!

I needed a concrete foundation for an ADU and was happy to hire Central Coast and Bay Concrete. Their price was very competitive, and Angel and his crew did a great job. Angel is very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Angel and his crew worked hard as they needed to remove an existing concrete retaining wall, and install a new block retaining wall and drainage with all access requiring hauling in and out by wheelbarrow. Wall looks great and job was started and done on time.

In general this project went well. Angel was the only contractor who agreed to show up for an in-person assessment of the job. This allowed a dialog and trust to develop. His estimate for the job was lower than others we received. His communication is very good - pro-active when needed, responsive when needed. He has a core crew for the demo and forming. I was very impressed with the effort they gave - especially since a lot of the work was done during our 100+F multi-day heat wave. He brought in a second crew for the two days of pouring. They, too, worked fast and effectively. Some minor issues arose, but the team was pro-active about notifying me and we were easily able to resolve them. The quality of work was very good. Some imperfections exist, but nothing that would require re-work, and nothing that is noticeable without close inspection. Given the size, scope, and cost of the project, I am satisfied with the results and would hire Angel and his company again.

The work was done promptly and looks great. We have already signed a contract with them to redo our sidewalk.

The project was completed in a timely manner. Angel, the project manager, was a great commutator and kept us informed of the projects progress. The work site was kept clean and hazard free and the workers were focused at all times. We are very satisfied with the finished product and we will seek out Angels help with future concrete projects.
