"Overall it went smoothly without major hitches. There we some delays in getting the windows delivered but that was not on the company. I also did not negotiate to paint the exterior window frames which would have been easy to do at the time of installation. Because it is a second story unit I had to pay someone to do this after the windows were installed. But besides that it was a good experience and was done without issues and it was on time. Their price was competitive. The folks who did the work and the estimates were friendly and professional and the quality of work was excellent."

After inspecting the unit, Shaine discussed a few options with me. The unit was installed in 1990 and the model has been discontinued. Shaine researched online and found a source for a similar unit, then did a second home visit and replaced the unit. He worked quickly and expertly to change the dimensions of the ceiling opening and do the installation. The unit works beautifully now!!
