We set up a time for him to come and look at our balcony deck which was in dire need of replacement. He was prompt, informative, and knowledgeable. He also measured the house to see how far the foundation had sunk. I have had other construction companies come out and no one else crawled under the house. I felt he was very professional in the assessment of our sinking foundation. The project manager Isaac Stern constantly kept me updated with the process and procedures of the foundation repairs.
