"Mike, Yani, and Jenny did a stunning turf job at our house. They came over and giving us a solid estimate. We had them out originally 2 months ago, and they still honored the quote for this month. We got about 650 sq/ft worth of turf for our backyard. Our house is a new house, so we had just dirt back there. We got a cement done and waiting two weeks they came out for the turf install. It took them only 1 day to get it done. Thank you HIC Builders. We do recommend them for sure!"

I had 3 companies come out and give me estimations and Edward's estimation was not only fair, but I had a good feeling about him. He seemed honest and reliable, which proofed to be true. He came out with his crew a week later, removed the trees, leveled the area completely, finished the job on time and did a marvelous job. Concrete looks great. "About a year ago we had our frame braced and bolted to the foundation (seismic retrofit) . The Foundation Works did a top notch job with a professional crew at every step. Their price was similar to other bids and they worked with us through the Earthquake Brace and Bolt program. They also stuck to their time lines. We were very happy with them, but here's the cherry on top. We had copper pipes installed recently. When the county inspector was out to inspect that job, he looked at the work under the house. He asked us who did our brace and bolt job. We told him and asked why. He said he could see that they did a really great job."
