Natali was an amazing, skilled, straight forward person that know very well how to take care of everything from start to finish! I absolutely recommend them!"

"If I could give this company a 10, I would! I am a retired interior designer who has worked with many contractors. None have been as competent, professional, and considerate as Pristine Construction. Pristine was not the lowest bid, but I hired them because I knew I could work with them and liked the suggestions that Nathan suggested for the plans that I designed. It is hard to live with a team of strangers for several months and the overall construction itself is stressful because you have to empty the rooms and still try to have an organized life. But Pristine worked to make the disruption as minimal as possible. The workers arrived early, worked diligently, and cleaned thoroughly at the end of each day. They even worked the day after Thanksgiving. Love the result!"

"About a year ago we had our frame braced and bolted to the foundation (seismic retrofit) . The Foundation Works did a top notch job with a professional crew at every step. Their price was similar to other bids and they worked with us through the Earthquake Brace and Bolt program. They also stuck to their time lines. We were very happy with them, but here's the cherry on top. We had copper pipes installed recently. When the county inspector was out to inspect that job, he looked at the work under the house. He asked us who did our brace and bolt job. We told him and asked why. He said he could see that they did a really great job."

"This is THE company to use. I had an old 1907 wooden house sitting on a decaying brick foundation and needing a sister foundation installed and a complete seismic retrofit. Even during the bidding process, Brad from Alpha was extremely attentive without being assertive. I contacted four other companies although one I eliminated since they charged a fee for inspecting. Alpha was very timely with their bid and flexible when I needed help with the budget. All the way through the process, every single person at Alpha was extraordinarily good at customer relations, returned emails immediately, and stayed in constant contact throughout the entire process. Whenever there was a slight change to the original plan due to permitting or a plumbing adjustment, Alpha was very proactive and made sure everything was communicated clearly and promptly. I have really NEVER worked with a company that had such excellent communication skills. This is really one reason I selected them to do the work and, even though they may not have been the least expensive, it is worth the extra price for this reason alone. And Alpha Structural's work speaks for itself as well. Everything was done precisely and well beyond code, an unbid section of foundation was provided under the front porch without increase to the budget, and all materials used were of the highest quality. The project went on somewhat longer than estimated due to permit changes and a short weather delay but was still finished in a timely way. My home is our family's largest asset and it is a great relief to now know it is sitting on a solid foundation.
