"The thought of attempting a complete downsize of 42 years of stuff from a 4 bedroom, 4 bath 2,600 square foot house, to a 2 bedroom condo was certainly daunting, especially when we had about 2 months to accomplish it. They completely reorganized my new space so that it would work for me. AND I can park my car in the garage! Oh, and they are fun to be around too. That always helps in a stressful environment like this was. After the escrow, we had to move on for a while with our busy schedules, but they are going to come back and do some fine tuning when we are ready. The most important thing is that as we worked, they gained my and my husbands trust so that I could give them a key and just let them go to work. Meaning we could be in two places at one time. They met movers, realtors, whatever was needed. They returned my multiple tech equipment to Spectrum and mailed stuff to my adult children. Complete trust. You cannot put a price on that."
