"The service removed one huge (over 50yrs old) tree that was termite infested. They also removed a liquid amber that was dead.
Then they trimmed and thinned two large pine trees. This was an all day job. They did a good job of cleaning up.  The only regret that I have is that I didn't spend extra to have the stumps ground, but this was my choice.  And yes, I would use them again--in fact I plan to when I can get to the yard.

"I contacted him thru AL with my contact info. He responded right away but said he needed my contact info which I resent again. He called me I called him back and said I want to set up up an appointment. He said he cannot make an apt on the phone as he does not know his schedule and you have to go to his website to set an appointment...ugh. So much for customer service, you have to enter your appointment into his calendar.....not worth it. What hassle will it be to work with him if its this much of a pain to set an appointment"

"They do good work. The owner Ric was absolutely wonderful, I consider him as a friend. He's always diligent, on time, responsive, and had great workers. The workers were personable, respectful, and cleaned up after themselves . His pricing is always competitive or better compared to other companies. Ric has a great eye for landscaping and design. In fact, he's gonna do another job he will put fountain in front of my property. It really fits what my wife is looking for."

"Pacific Green was always on time and the project was completed much faster than I thought it would be. They completely removed the plants, drip system, weed barrier and mulch. Then they sprayed weed killer and let it sit a couple days. Then came the new weed barrier, drip system, plants and mulch; all of upgraded quality compared to the previous installation. At our first meeting they determined the scope of the project including plant requirements and gave me a ballpark estimate. They brought me pictures of a range of plants that fit my needs. I chose the ones I wanted, we agreed on the price and work began. They had me inspect at each stage of the job. It turned out so well that 2 of my neighbors have signed contracts with Pacific Green."

"They are my go to company now. No matter the size of the work they show up with a smile and get the work done. with the front yard I made several changes to our original plans. Rigo was very flexible and allowed for the changes without any difficulty. For the most part he did all the changes without a change order. I find that their pricing is fair and they stand behind their work. Rigo won't walk away from the job until you are satisfied. I plan on hiring him for my next project; which, is to build a laundry room in the garage and remodel the garage."

"Landscape Masters walked the site with us and based on the very generalized ideas we had, they created a design we loved for our patio and yard area. Their crew was professional and fast. They cleared the large area for our patio and lawn and installed pavers (very nice!) and artificial grass (again, very nice!). The design was very pleasing with curves and accents, not a boring cookie-cutter approach. They installed planters and trellises and the selection of plants looked good from the very beginning without having to wait months for the plants to start thriving. They cleaned up very well and left us with a beautiful and inviting patio and yard.
During the installation, they communicated with us and treated us like we were their most important client. This was very important to us. We are extremely happy with their quality work, the professionalism of their crew, their thorough communication, and their outstanding customer service.

Aquarium Services questions, answered by experts

Yes, a septic tank can get full. If this happens, you might run into issues flushing your toilets or draining your sinks. You may also notice your pipes making gurgling noises or the smell of sewage floating around your house. Other signs of a backed-up septic tank include water pooling or fresh, healthy grass growing above your drain field.

Your garbage disposal will only affect the health of your septic tank if you’re using it too frequently, or filling it with organic waste that doesn’t fully break down. If the tank fills up with too many solids, the bacteria won’t have enough time to consume it before more is added, which can lead to an overflow in the drain field. Your tank will need to be pumped more frequently with excessive or improper garbage disposal use.

Several things can ruin a septic tank over time, including dumping harsh chemicals (like bleach and ammonia), pesticides, and paint thinners down your drain because they can kill the bacteria in your septic tank. You should also make sure to only flush waste and toilet paper in your toilet—otherwise, you could clog your system.

You can check your own septic tank, but take precautions. Locate the access lid, usually buried a few inches underground, and remove it carefully. Look for the sludge and scum levels, and if they’re high, that means pumping may be necessary. Check for odors, slow drains, or pooling water around the drain field, which could indicate issues. Never enter the tank, as toxic gases can be fatal. All of that being said, a professional inspection is safer and more thorough.

Your septic tank naturally contains the good bacteria it needs, so you typically don't have to add more as the system produces them on its own. However, if you wish to replenish the bacteria, you can use natural methods. For example, you can add three rotten tomatoes to your garbage disposal or flush 1/4 ounce of active yeast down the toilet every three months. While store-bought septic enzymes and chemicals are available, many additives are unnecessary and may even harm your system. The most effective way to maintain a healthy bacterial balance is to avoid using chemical drain cleaners, which can kill the beneficial bacteria in your tank.
