"Instead of cutting TO 12', the trees were 12' from the top. They are still over 40' tall. I was clear in communication what I agreed to, and thought omitting the word "to" was a typo. We were negotiating again after one tree was "finished". And while they chipped branches and leaves and left them where I asked, they also took a whole truckload of wood that I wanted chipped as well.
