We needed to change out all of our 23 year old equipment as well as control panels. This included heater, pumps, filter, salt, controller, and electrical panel with remote control. Jackie Flor was our designer and she put in a lot of hours getting us the design we wanted. The price was laid out and explained at the beginning and there was nothing hidden or unexpected. They all went above and beyond. We're so happy we put in the pool and we're super happy we went with Pacific Outdoor Living."

"We just needed a replaster and live about 60 miles away but Bob drove out to check out the pool. He didn't try to tell me I needed more work done than I had thought which made me happy. He explained what would happen and how long it would take. We scheduled the job and they started a week after we decided to do it. The guys who showed up to do the work were just great and 3 days later I had a new pool. We are very satisfied."
