"SIX Star Service - a modern landscaping company Fernando and Irvin are responsive, timely and highly communicative. I had a roughly $30k job across many weeks with both landscape and extensive hardscaping requests. I couldn’t be more thrilled to have found these guys. Fernando was quick to estimate, send over digital (SMS and email) estimates, invoicing, etc. Making transparency a breeze! They have a lot of resources and a big network of subcontractors to lend a hand across pretty much any job. They have access to exclusive wholesale nurseries in the Bay Area and met all my requests precisely. Fernando also spent extra time with me after each day to make adjustments and game plan new additions and pushed back on ideas that didn’t make sense. Also, I forgot some services were included in a previous quote - they could have easily double charged me - but pointed out that all was included already. "I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Mr. Jones. His crew did the best job anyone has ever done painting the front of my house, using quality materials and painstakingly careful techniques. His attention to preparation is immaculate-- they pressure- washed CAREFULLY (really important with old houses and multiple layers of paint!), and then scraped and sanded with a thoroughness that astonished me. Not only does the house look better than it ever has, but I am confident that this job will last. But even if there is some little glitch, I truly do believe that Mr. Jones is a man of his word, and he will return to fix it. I believe this because of his insistence on sticking with his original estimate, even when the job proved more complicated than he had first thought. I also believe it because he did everything he said he would, until i was satisfied. His crew is  thoroughly professional, polite and efficient. They cleaned up thoroughly every day.  We had to deal with weather delays, as well as the fact that I was getting this done at the busiest season of the year for exterior painters-- the fall. But despite these issues, and having to deal with the installation of replacement windows by a company that damaged the brand new paint job he had just comlpleted, Mr. Jones remained calm, courteous, amazingly good-natured, and always returned calls, letting me know at every step what was going to happen next.I hope to use Mr. Jones' services in the future. "Benny and his team did outstanding work on our home. It was really outdated inside and they made it look modern and clean. They knocked down some horribly textured walls and then painted and also painted our kitchen and cabinets. It was not an easy job and they were super quick and diligent in making sure every detail was perfect. They have a very hard working team and they went the extra mile including hauling away some refuse that wasn’t even part of the job- really kind folks who care about their quality of work. 10/10 would recommend!
