"Sarai and Ivan and their team did a great job on the house. The house is old (1950) and have been neglected. It requires a lot of efforts to bring it back to life. Ivan and his team spent over a week washing, scraping, filling, sanding and re-glazing all the windows (they are in very bad shape). It was a tedious and painstaking detail work which their team took extra care to do a great job. Sarai was prompt answering all my questions and explaining the whole process. Everyone on their team was nice, polite and extremely hardworking. Ivan and Sarai are fabulous, very accommodating and easy to work with. The house looks 1,000% better!"

Removed the existing shower walls to the frame, installed a shower fan and duct work, replaced fixtures and tiled the entire enclosure from top to bottom, including the ceiling. They are trustworthy, respectful of your home and they clean up the area at the end of each work day. Bottomline: they do very nice work."
