I think my technician was Elvis not sure but he was cool, really quick and showed me where my power box is, he was great. Would definately request him again if nedded

On time for consultation for installation of generator panel?? Installation went well, the staff was on time for the installation, communicated what they were doing, put together the generator for me and cleaned up after the job.

The job took 2 days: Replace and Install New Main Electrical and Sub-Panels to include minor electrical work for a 41-year-old Residential Home. Very professional and courteous! The PG&E and County Inspectors were contacted and came out to ensure that the overall work is done in a very safe and efficient manner. Very responsive to desires by the Owner and will work to accomplish the desired goals. Very satisfied and would recommend the Contractor to anyone.

Charged me $250 to replace a $5 fuse. Did not tell me there was a $210 minimum for a service call.

I have used Zarco's twice, once to run a dedicated line to charge my electric vehicle and a second time to run another dedicated line to another electrical appliance. Both times they did a great job, on time and on budget. I would highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Elvis who came out on a Saturday to fix my problem. He is so professional, experienced and very knowledgeable. Will definitely hire this company again.

PRETTY EASY PROJECT, SHOWED UP ON TIME, QUICK & VERY FRIENDLY.

He fixed the problem in a couple of minutes by flipping a switch and charged me $180. He could have told me over the phone to flip the switch myself or cut me a break on his price. I had agreed to pay the $180 before he came, so he was within his rights, but it did not feel very good.

The electrician who came was very thorough. He also came with excellent equipment which enabled him to determine the location of other outlets and switches on the same circuit and check their functioning and repair as needed. He checked all the downstairs outlets as well as the fuse box. Very courteous and informative - made sure that my son and I understood the electrical problems and the work he did to correct the issues.
