"Willy from Rad Rooms & Patio responded very quickly to my request for service. He emailed me right away and called me within the hour. He made it easy for me to send him a picture through text so he can have a better idea to use for an estimate. I liked his quick responses. He made himself available on a weekend which is an excellent thing for us that work long hours during the week. They were nice friendly and professional. The work was pretty good i was happy with the outcome.  They made adjustments as best they could and began the mud and tape process. It took about 2-3 hours.
I have one suggestion for Rad Patios and the consumer interested in hiring them. Get a detailed explanation on what is needed to get the job done. If possible start using itemized invoices that show what your getting. I figured the sanding and texture would be part of it but unfortunately he meant that only the mudding and taping was in the deal. So when he was done i felt like i still needed to hire people to get the job done.
I went to the hardware store and met the sales associate whom agreed to come take a a look and finish the job. He said Rad Rooms & Patio did a good job with the exception of a few minor areas he had to re-spackle to get a clean surface. He did mention that for the price i paid i should have gotten the entire process with sanding and texture.
Overall no hard feelings. Next time i hire Willy i will make sure we are on the same page in terms of what the Job Consists of and what will be done."

"With the amount of rain that we had had, the ceiling in my garage fell on two cars. I had many contractors out to give me bids on this project and I found them all to be unprofessional, inexperienced, and a poor choice for this project. I had used KS Construction and Design in the past for a project on my other home where they tore down and built a new deck for me.  They were wonderful to work with then, truly professionals, master craftsmen who take all the stress out of the project for me.  When they did my deck I didn't like the finish that they put on the deck. They agreed that it didn't look right and totally pulled down the deck rebuilt it all with out charging me.

When I called them for my garage project they were wonderful to work with.  They underpriced everyone else, the workmen that come out everyday show up on time, are professional, and are kept on task.  They took all the stress out of this process and I will only use them in the future. They are truly the Rolls Royce of contracts.  Licensed, Insured, and bonded their goal is customer satisfaction and they are a joy to work with.
