"Sergio was able to do the job right away and we had a good interaction with him. The man who actually did the work was pleasant, worked hard, did a very nice job both in removing cracked ceiling drywall in two places and replacing with larger pieces to avoid the stress areas that caused the cracks. Also did the painting of the area after the work was done and dry. But the painting was at extra cost. Nice job of protecting the living areas while working. Cleanup left the area spotless. Only negative was the cost. When asking a contractor friend if the cost quoted was reasonable, he said it wasn't. It seemed twice as high as it should be. My friend wasn't available to do the job...and we wanted it done asap, so we paid the price. That's the only reason for the 4 vs 5 stars on Value For Money. Time will tell if the work permanently resolved the crack problem, but Sergio did say he would guaranty it for a year."
