Wayne did an excellent job, I don't think that deck is going anywhere! The house may fall down but the deck is so solid and well-constructed. He was fair, punctual, professional and willing to work with me on a couple of minor changes. He works clean, is methodical and skilled.

Wayne was very pleasant to work with, and he's got skills. He did everything he said he would do and in a professional manner. He's very creative and calculates each step of the job. He delivered a beautiful custom solid deck, which looks exactly like the picture I had in my mind. The cost was very reasonable and he accepts payments. I was very fortunate to find Wayne to build my deck!

I brought up a concern regarding the job and it was promptly addressed by Wayne- Hopefully it will be resolved amicably. He works hard and he is a nice guy-whether or not I recommend Wayne for future jobs depends on how this works out.------To be continued. .

Wayne came everyday. He came on time. I feel I got good value for my dollar spent. He gave me a bit, keep to the price even though work became more than he/we expected

I was very impressed with the work Wayne performed to repair multiple areas of dry rot on my deck. His pricing was most fair, including additional work identified once the deck was opened up. He was very prompt, planned his work extremely well and kept me fully informed on the work progress. It was a pleasure to have him working at my house and I will call him first for any future construction work. I have already given him a strong positive recommendation to one of my neighbors.

Wayne ordered and installed some frosted glass sliding closet doors (custom ordered from Lowes) to replace some ancient wooden ones in a mid-century house I just purchased---turned out great! He also fixed some doors that were sticking. Very pleased with the results and the price was reasonable.

We ended up doing only a part of the job I had thought we could do. Wayne explained clearly why I might reconsider installing the door and I agreed with him. He cheerfully and skillfully moved two huge cupboards and took down a heavy duty storage rack that I did not need. He was everything I could have asked for and, in fact I recommended him for another job immediately. Don't pass up on the chance to have Wayne help you. He's a gem!

Wayne Johnson aka W.A. Johnson Construction has been working to repair our deck. He has done an excellent job�in every way. He is very reliable and helpful. We are happy with his work and hope to have him do more work as we need it later on. He is now working on another deck that needed repairing. His prices are very reasonable. WA Johnson is very professional. He did a good job on a difficult project. His work is good and he is very clean.

Hired WA to remove the soffits in the kitchen&bath, install canlights, add elec circuit, finish walls. We wanted it permitted. After 4 days, still no permit yet his guy completed the demo. Sloppy! dust/debris from attic was all over house, counters, cabinets, & window screens. Debris was swept under the counter instead of being removed. 2 child locks were broken on 2 different days with NO communication. Breaking point was finding he used & damaged MY vacuum without permission! Very unprofessional. Worked only 2.5 days of the 4 days on the job before we fired him. We lost all confidence in his ability. Hired someone else to complete the job.

Wayne did a great job with the porch and was flexible with some design changes that we added after the job had started. In fact, we changed direction and asked that he not only make changes to the porch, but to redo our kitchen ceiling and install canned lighting and a skylight. Both the porch and the ceiling turned out very well and have added to our enjoyment of our home.

we had wayne replace a fire rated garage entry door. nice job with the install and cleaned up the site well. would use again for similar type work.

Very professional.

Wayne did the work I needed done in a price range I had in mind. My only complaint is that he didn't come out on the days he said he would, but I wasn't required to be there so I wasn't put out. I'm happy with the repair work.
