We contacted Randall about replacing our deck boards and to pressure wash our fence. He did exactly what we envisioned and did an exceptional job. He gave us updates every step of the way and was honest and upfront about everything.

Very knowledgeable and experienced. Would definitely hire again.

Update: 09/04/25 Fortunately, the misunderstanding was entirely on our side of things and that was cleared up right away. This was a small job and probably not even worth his time, but Randy did it anyway. He definitely cares a great deal about his customers and his work. Would highly recommend !!

We needed new rails for the existing posts on the front steps of our house. This work was done by Mr. Klopp very quickly and satisfactorily. There was a misunderstanding; we thought painting was included in the original price for the work, so we were surprised when we got an amended invoice based on the price of paint which we purchased for the railings.

Randy was very responsive. He called me the same day and came out to look at the job. He took the time to explain what he thought needed to be done and why. He completed the work in a timely manner and showed me the completed project making sure that I was fully satisfied. I quickly hired him for a second job. I highly recommend him. He is honest and will tell you what needs to be done and is interested in doing the job right.

Mr. Klopp was amazing! He walked us through the process step by step and was able to complete it in a timely fashion. Highly recommended!!

UPDATE 1/27/25: I want to amend the review that I wrote back in May 2024. The review was written very early in the project, and Mr. Klopp was very enthusiastic and anxious to do a good job. unfortunately, as time passed he continually demonstrated subpar workmanship and blamed any mistakes on his employees. He took no responsibility for poor and substandard workmanship. It got to the point where he asked us to provide a punch list of areas that needed attention. Once given the punch list, his workmanship really went downhill. He deliberately rushed through any work from that point, and seemed to be really upset that anyone would question the quality of his work. I finally had enough and settled up with him and asked him to leave the job. I had to hire back at my own expense one of his previous employees to correct all issues. These corrections have cost thousands of dollars to date! Do not hire this contractor! ORIGINAL COMMENT: I have been extremely happy with the work that Randy and his crew have done. They are matuculous in their work. I would strongly recommend this contractor.

Punctuial and spot on with quality work.

I was more than pleased with the work done here. They went above and beyond to be sure everything was done perfectly. I could not have asked for better service. I can't say enough to tell you how happy I am to have made this connection with a person who cares about his customers and his work.
