"Aaron was honest in evaluating the project and offered numerous ways to repair the cracked tile, including doing nothing. The possibility of cracking the entire installation because of some underlying issue was unknown. I so appreciated the honest assessment, I would use him in a minute for the prompt customer service, knows his stuff, and the honest way he offered suggestions. Highly recommended!"

"I am delighted to recommend Ben Sviri of Creative Home Remodeling ([email protected]) who installed a farm sink and quartz countertops in my kitchen. They demolished my old countertops without breaking one tile of my backsplash. They placed the joint between the countertop slabs appropriately and undetected. The crew was friendly and skilled, and Ben called me everyday to discuss the project status. In short, it was a joy to use Ben Sviri and Creative Home Remodeling for my kitchen project. I will use them again."

"They were able to come out the very next day to cut my granite countertop for my new cooktop to fit. Then, they installed the new cooktop. They did a great job on cleanup as well! The price was reasonable, and I will definitely use them again."

"Fred at Deco Construction did an amazing job for my parents. Their house was falling apart and they needed someone to help make improvements very badly. Fred and his crew did an amazing job with the balcony, master bathroom, guest bathroom and basement tiles. They transformed these rooms into something fantastic! They pay attention to detail and the outcome is amazing. Fred is also a great listener and can figure out what the clients wants and bring it together to make it look beautiful. Also, everything was done very timely even with COVID restrictions. Will definitely recommend!!!"

The average cost of installing tile is around $2,000, ranging between $400 and $6,500, depending on the type of tile, square footage of tile, and whether or not your tiling contractor performs site preparation, like removing old tile. On average, you can expect to pay between $5 and $45 per square foot, largely depending on the type and quality of the tiles you choose. For example, ceramic and travertine tile cost about $1 per square foot, but luxury tile options like marble cost up to $350 per square foot, not including labor.
The cost of home remodeling is $50,000 for the average homeowner. However, this cost can range anywhere from $3,000 for a small project to $170,000 for a whole home remodel. Factors like project size, location, and room type all affect your overall cost. For example, bedroom remodeling costs are one of the least expensive projects, costing about $1,500 to $5,500 per bedroom. However, a kitchen remodel has a significant cost range, totaling anywhere from $14,500 to over $70,000.
Yes, most states require home remodeling contractors to be licensed, and for good reason. Hiring an unlicensed home remodeling contractor could lead to poor quality work, costly future expenses, and potential code violations.

Tile will almost always last longer than laminate flooring, regardless of the type of tile installed. Porcelain tile can last for 75 years or more with proper care, and even less durable ceramic tile will last for 60 years or more, provided they’re installed by a tile professional. On the other hand, laminate flooring has an average lifespan of around 20 years, and you might only get 10 to 15 years out of low-cost laminate flooring. As such, tile will add far more value to your home than laminate.
The cost to install countertops is $3,105 on average. This project cost can range from $400 to $8,500, depending on the material, edging, and countertop size.
Laminate countertops are generally the most cost-efficient, ranging from $8 to $27 per square foot. On the other hand, slate countertops are considered more luxurious and range from $30 to $90 per square foot. There are also countertop materials priced between those two, including stainless steel, granite, Corian, and wood.
