"I hired Home Renew 360 for attic insulation installation, wood trim repairs and replacements due to termite infestation. Aiden was the project manager for this project. Aiden was polite, friendly and made my family and I feel like he was looking out for our best interest, which was appreciated. Originally we were looking to only have the attic insulation installation done since it was not up to code and Home Renew 360 came up with the lowest bid. However, termite damage was found in the attic and along the wood trim. So I ended up having them treat the attic for termites and repairing and/or replacing the wood trim that were damaged by termites. Once that was completed, they painted the wood trim and completed the attic insulation. There were different teams working on each part of the project and Aiden always communicated the status of the project, which was appreciated as well. The workers were always on time each day and they completed the work to my satisfaction. The only reason why I gave Home Renew 360 four stars instead of five was because after the project was completed, we discovered that both my brother's car and my father's car had a nail in their tires. We were not sure if it was due to the team who performed the wood trim repairs or from team who did the attic insulation installation. Hopefully next time those guys would inspect the areas they worked around to make sure not to leave anything behind that would cause damage to the client's property."

"We hired Aaron to quote two bathrooms. One bathroom shower needed the grout cleaned and repaired. The other was our master bathroom shower that needed a few tiles replaced and grout cleaned/repaired. We thought that the shower would need to be totally replaced but Aaron is amazing and was able to replace the tiles and it looks awesome. He does his own work, punctual, and his work is AMAZING. The price for both bathrooms was below our budget which made us very happy."

The tile guy is a real craftsman and everything came out exquisitely. Jeremiah handled all issues promptly and with high quality. He personally checked in and dealt with even small issues. Communication was good and everything was pretty much on schedule. Would definitely recommend them and use them again."

"We hired IND Construction to do a complete remodel of our 20+ year old master bathroom, which they completed last week. It turned out AMAZING, and we couldn't be happier. Erez our project manager and Allan our foreman were very responsive, listened to any concern we had, fixed mistakes as they came up, and worked within our budget. They obtained all the construction permits (and there were many since we had to gut the dang thing) and passed every inspection with flying colors. When this process started I had already ordered cabinets, flooring, and a tub, but I was at a complete loss when it came to the rest of the details, so they referred me to a designer they frequently work with to figure out the rest (a huge thank you to Ana Ozmaie from Studio Ozmaie!). While our decisions slowed the process a bit, IND was very flexible with the design changes we made during the process. As in any construction project, there are hiccups, and we hit a big one. And the way they handled it will forever make me a fan of IND and the people who work for them. About a month before the demo, I had installed cedar panels inside a closet, and unbeknownst to me, hit a shower pipe dead-on which sealed the pipe for 4 weeks (!)--and promptly came unsealed when they jackhammered the shower to remove the 2" of cement and old tile. We had a SUBSTANTIAL amount of water coming through the living room ceiling from the bathroom above, and to make matters worse the water shut off to the house was frozen open from years of hard water build up. I called Erez frantically, who immediately responded and sent Allan and Henry their plumber right away and they were able to stop the leak before we had damage to our furniture or floor downstairs. It could have been SO much worse if it had not been for them. They fixed it (one of our many change orders, ha) and you can't tell now we ever had a 8ft x 10ft soggy hole in our living room ceiling. So a construction company that not only saves the day but completes your dream bathroom masterfully? Oh yes. I highly recommend IND Construction."
