Feliciano Remodeling

We did pass inspections but the work is very rough and unfinished. This person abandoned the finishing of the job and just contacted me this week to say he would like to fix it and get paid. A lot of little things going wrong. It was very stressful for me that they broke into my loft storage. I made a police report. I do not have inventory of my storage - it is just the things of my family and of my lifetime. Housewares and formal clothes and things for special occasions - memories. I do not know what they were after, and I do not know what is missing. This person really took advantage that I am single woman, just got divorced, and totally overwhelmed with trying to manage taking on all the bills and responsibilities alone. We did a test to see how much force someone would have to use to break the sheetrock like they did and it takes a LOT of force to be able to break through to the loft as they did. This person straight up broke into my house. It is a big deal to me. It was very stressful for me and made me feel like I have no safe place. My friend said it was most important to just get the rental going, I could not afford to have the house without making it a rental - so it was an emergency situation for me to get the work completed. None of my personal belongings are worth loosing the house over so I just kept moving the project forward. They broke through the sheetrock to get into my storage room, they left the ladder there so any of their workers could go into my storage room for most of the time they were working for me. I asked them to fix it and seal it back up but there is still broken pieces of sheetrock in my storage room, they only fixed the underside. The storage room has nothing to do with the bathroom they were hired to complete. I was only gone less than 2 hours for my teaching job, any normal person would wait until I got back to ask if it was ok to break the sheetrock to see. They had no explanation of why they would break into my storage room. He just mumbled something like “to see the pipes." There are no pipes or good reason for them to break through the ceiling like that to get into my storage room - it is a criminal act. They had unscrewed the under part and then kicked or beat somehow the sheetrock until it gave way to get into my private area. We continued on to get the project done. I paid them to insulate and seal up the ceiling but they did not. I took pictures of it finished and I found the insulation in the back yard later getting rained on. I guess they only insulated half but I paid for the whole ceiling to be insulated. The pipes coming out of the floor for the tub are crooked and the tile around it is broken and rough - not beautiful. It was $4,000 for the tile to be done and it interferes with the electric sockets sitting flush - they just put extra cement over to smooth it out- crazy ugly and unprofessional looking. I paid for the wall to be fixed but it looks very bad and you can still see where it was patched there. Same with the door jam - looking very crusty and bad. All of the plaster and finishing of the sheetrock was never sanded or finished. There were blobs of dried goop everywhere, not smooth or finished. They dumped the rest of the cement from tiling in my back yard instead of disposing of it, but I never agreed to that. He charged me an extra $50 for putting a medicine cabinet in the wall. Then it was interfering with pipes so they did not install it. He just kept the money for that. They did not seal the outside hole from the fan duct, so rain and bugs can get into my walls right NOW and for the last year and half. They came onto my property several times without communicating with me about it and went to my back yard where they had left their ladder or tools here. So they just helped themselves to my shed and loaded bins into their truck as seen on my doorbell camera. They never brought with them plastic tubs and these are my personal belongings from my shed to which the lock disappeared. He did put in the working toilet, small sink, large sink and ducting and those things are ok. They made a drill hole in a mirror frame - just to be vandals - I do not understand why and they did not have any explanation. They left blobs of sheetrock paste everywhere. They broke a main leaf off my fake plant to "see if it was real”- it is never going to grow back! They were to have sealed up the ceiling but instead covered the hole with a coat rack. They said they would take it down - I was going to take it down and they said let them do it but they sealed it up around the coat rack still there- like why!? They surely knew it was there - I just do not get it!?!

Hired Feliciano Remodeling to replace part of a fence. They gave an honest quote and completed the job expertly. They made sure we were happy with the finished project. Our neighbor has already hired them for another fencing job and we have a few other projects we will be bringing them on for.

Feliciano did an outstanding job on our home improvement projects! I could not be more pleased!! Feliciano is not only a credit to his profession, he is an extremely humble and professional individual. He carefully listens and assesses your request(s) and offers sound recommendations and input. For example, the steps on our staircase were very badly worn and the wrought iron railing was extremely faded. Feliciano sanded, and stained the stairs with a beautiful finish! And … sanded, repainted the black wrought iron railing! And … installed a wooden black hand rail on the opposite wall! I am beyond thrilled with the final results! Installation of the vinyl flooring in the main living area, kitchen and 1/2 bathroom was a challenge due to uneven foundations. Feliciano was able to use some leveling compound to correct this problem. Our floors look wonderful! He and his team were on time, hard working, accommodating, respectful of our family, our schedules, our home and property and always cleaned up before leaving for the day. We plan to use Feliciano when we upgrade our main bathroom and patio project! Thank you Feliciano! Great job!!!

Work was good. Price fair. Clean up after the job could have been more detailed. Otherwise they did a good job on time. I would give 4.5 stars if possible because, as I said it was minor clean up that could have been a bit better.

Great workmanship, finished on time and on budget. Very responsive, sharp work.

The work was beautiful, attention to detail even though they had not worked with some of the materials before. I am more than happy with the final product. Feliciano also put up my fence and they did a fabulous job with the fence at a fair price. I'll be calling them again for other jobs I have planned. Took a little longer than anticipated but it was mostly because of lack of materials, so hard to find basic materials these days.

It was amazing. They were great. The only feedback is that it took a longer than expected. I'm happy with the price and how it was done. They did exactly what they said they would do, and it was done exactly how I asked. They cleaned up the mess. It was an easy process. Others would ask thrice the price that they offered. I don't have much negative things to say. They were on top of it. They called when they couldn't make.
