When problems arose, they always had an good solution, such as when the wall tile we chose turned out to be unavailable. They made good alternative suggestions to my ideas, such as a glass panel on the open side of the tub instead of the built-up wall I thought we needed (less space, easier to clean, and lets in more light). They handled all permits and observed all code requirements, like a new main electrical panel and lead paint abatement. The price was reasonable (I obtained other bids). I recommend them highly."
