They added pavers around the palm as well as the outline of the turf and a drip system to water the palm. I gave them a five-star rating but if I could, I would make it a 10! My husband and I searched through dozens of samples of turf and installers before we met Joe. We also looked at dozens of properties with turf installed but we were never happy with their installation because you could usually see seams and the turf looked fake. Then we met Joe. From start to finish he and his crew were awesome! Total professional, communicative, responsive, and diligent. The project started and finished on time. We used to hate looking at our front yard, now we stare at it! You cannot go wrong if you use Joe!"

One crew came but didn’t know what they were supposed to do and couldn’t reach anyone for direction. Another poured a footing wrong, according to one of their own workers. Months later, my yard is still torn apart, and HavenHub continues to ignore me despite taking full payment. I’ve had to involve a lawyer just to try to get a response. Terrible communication, unreliable crews, and no accountability. Be very careful before hiring this company."
