Sage Landcrafters has been taking great care of my front and backyards for many years. They do excellent work, they are very reliable, and I have referred them to my friends and family. THE TIMER WORKED WELL IN THE BEGINNING BEFORE THEN IT STARTED TO AND ANOTHER CYCLE THAT WOULD WATER FOR A VERY LONG PERIOD AND FLOOD THE BUILDING.

Terrible communication they donâ t answer phone or email. The physical address is a PO Box. I hired them for biweekly lawn care and set up auto debit payment. Had to tell them to pull weeds or trim this or that bush. Never showed up at a regular time. Kept asking to have sprinkler system fixed never did respond. One day stopped showing up but kept taking money. Had to cancel my debit card to stop them taking money. Very bad business.

The company contacted me quickly and gave me a good price for doing my yard. They came as scheduled and did a good job.

Sage Landcrafters was very prompt in responding to my request for a bid to install new sod. Sal was very knowledgeable about what would be required. The crew arrived on time and finished the install in one day. After two weeks Sal called to come by to check on the new sod installation. And I really appreciated his follow through. My backyard is now green and beautiful again. A pleasure dealing with this company and how professional they were.

Most of the time they are unresponsive, we asked them to take care of a dead spot on our grass, and they turned up (more water) the sprinkler system and our next water bill was $500. Honestly we feel they are responsible for a portion of that bill. This has not been a good experience with this company.

Hired them for regular bi-weel;y landscape maintenance at agreed per month price. The first month or two were ok. then could never reach anyone by phone or email. would never get a response. Rains caused delays in the schedule but never could communicate with anyone about reschedules or some things we wanted done. Reached a point where grass grew so high and developed lots of weeds from rain and could not contact anyone. I finally wrote cancellation of service letter via email to them -- never knew if they got emails -since they never responded to emails or phone messages and got no reply to this one either. Quality got terrible and when I wrote cancellation notice I was left with my lawn overgrown and full of weed patches in terrible shape. Sent a cancellation email on March 27, 2019, and have never received any acknowledgment. Bad Experience!

I contacted them to let them know that they had put the grass cutting in the wrong bin for pick up. I was contacted and asked if there was bin for them to put it in, yes I said and where it was located right in the front drive way. That was the next day after, no one has come out to transfer the grass into the correct bin, I am unable to because of surgery which is why I had to hire something I was doing for myself. Also really I have to take the cutting to the curb, I can see picking the bin up after its been dumped!!!!!

Paid company in advance. Did not complete the job. Left debris in the yard after trimming. Promised two visits per month and only came the first day and never returned promptly. I called and emailed the company and did not get a response. The invoiced me and had not completed the first job. I am expecting a refund.

Salvador show up very quickly after my initial call. He was prompt and professional. Made good recommendations and his prices were reasonable. I just had my first service and I am happy so far. I hope this continues!
