"It was a pleasure to work with Eric, we hired him for a complete backyard renovation which included tree removal, leveling the surface and place pavers and a deck on top. Also built a retaining wall. The work came out very nice in part because of the great design ideas that Eric gave us. The project ran into some unexpected issues that Eric was able to overcome nicely. We were impressed how Eric handled the project and met all the deliverables, also his team was extremely polite an professional. Our backyard now looks like the ones advertised in magazines. All this led us to start a new project with him to replace the cracked driveway with nice new pavers."

"We hired Sonia Jimenez from Topview Design Solutions after being recommended by our contractor and, from the very first meeting, we felt she was the right designer to execute our ideas professionally. The project involved moving one of the exterior walls of our house to line up with an exterior corridor to create the space for a bigger kitchen. The one caveat was that we wanted the final look to blend seamlessly with the rest of the house and not to look like an addition. "Shilpa did an amazing job designing an addition to a home we bought. It included remodeling an extra framed garage into a master bedroom suite, laundry room and powder room plus adding to its size . The project also included doubling a great room to blend into the house with the new suite as well as opening up the kitchen to this great room and raising the ceiling . The design blends really well and will provide a nice open plan for living and entertaining I was impressed with how well Shilpa understood what we wanted and executed the plans in the time frame promised if not earlier. She also pushed it thru the planning dept. with minimal need for changes. The project is on going and is moving along well Shilpa is always available to answer questions as things progress.
