"Very thorough and efficient. Appliances pulled away from wall so floors, wall and all sides of appliances could be cleaned. Shelves emptied, cleaned and items returned to original place. Base boards and all trim cleaned - no longer have to paint these; same with kitchen walls. Bathroom is beautiful. I actually enjoy getting up and starting my day and I am keeping it nice and tidy."

"Went well for a while and than they just stopped coming we got ghosted by them. They called off a few times for COVID and never showed back up they cleaning was ok but as time went on things would get missed like moping the bathroom floor around the toilet and he would use to much water o. Tile floors turning grout grey. My floors were not sealed so I fell that was bound to happen with a large amount of water used on floors. Wish they would have let us know they were quitting. That was unprofessional"

Floor Polishers questions, answered by experts

Vinegar is an excellent cleaner for vinyl flooring and won’t ruin the material. Mopping the floor with a cup of vinegar diluted in a gallon of warm water can make it sparkle.

You can use dish soap mixed with warm water to clean just about any type of flooring, and while vinegar is a great addition to some floor cleaners, it’s not a good idea to use it on wood flooring or engineered wood flooring. Vinegar is very acidic, and it can gradually eat away at the protective finish on wood floors. If you’re cleaning laminate, tile, concrete, or vinyl floors, feel free to use vinegar and water in a 1-to-1 ratio with a few drops of dish soap. For wood floors, substitute the vinegar for olive oil.

A floor polisher won’t remove scratches from a wood floor, but the polish can fill in surface scratches and make them all but invisible. If you run your fingernail gently over the scratch and it doesn’t catch, chances are that the polish will hide it. If it does catch, you might want to have your floors fully refinished, and you might need to have a professional floor sander in for particularly deep scratches. When in doubt, call a professional floor polisher to determine if polish will fill in your scratches or if you need more in-depth services.

You should strip and wax hardwood floors every six months to two years. The actual length of time between stripping and waxing depends on the wear and tear that the floors see. Stripping and waxing floors can help repair hardwood floor damage and give the room a fresh look.

No, you cannot use bleach on Dekton. Avoid harsh chemicals when cleaning and treating Dekton. Such chemicals are unnecessary since Dekton is highly stain-resistant and nonporous. Instead, use a mild solution of water and soap or vinegar when cleaning your Dekton countertops and dry thoroughly with a clean cloth.
