He was incredibly responsive and devoted. He explained everything in advance in an understandable way. He always responded quickly to my texts, even when I made clear no quick response was necessary. And he was clearly committed to doing a good job, even showing up on a weekend (with no extra charge) to manually speed up the drying process when some areas in the shade were taking longer than expected to dry. I was really impressed and pleased."
