I replaced my boring, water-guzzling front yard with new modern, eco-friendly landscaping (part of the Long Beach lawn-to-garden program). I couldn't be happier with my finished project! Melo gardens took care of tree trimming, poured a fresh concrete pathway, installed new irrigation, and found some really awesome plants at a reasonable price. Solomon was super attentive to my needs (and trust me, I can be needy lol). He was happy to make adjustments during the installation and also made some really great recommendations. One crew came but didn’t know what they were supposed to do and couldn’t reach anyone for direction. Another poured a footing wrong, according to one of their own workers. Months later, my yard is still torn apart, and HavenHub continues to ignore me despite taking full payment. I’ve had to involve a lawyer just to try to get a response. Terrible communication, unreliable crews, and no accountability. Be very careful before hiring this company."
