Even though it is a small kitchen, it was a complex job, due to the layout change, sub-floor and window replacement, as well as extending one of the walls. Kris, the project manager, did an excellent job coordinating the work as well as helping out with design features. The job was completed timely (despite city inspection delays) and without issues. "This was a very large project .The backyard was cleanup of 10 years of declining gardening and debris involving grading, resloping and placing degraded granite. Then there was the new design and installation of an irrigation system to support the new landscaping and sod installation in another part of the backyard. In the front we widened the driveway which involved root hacking, digging, laying re-bar and pouring and finishing down the new concrete. Yosef and his crew were responsive,capable and courteous. We felt the fee was very reasonable for such hard work. We are very pleased with the results."
