From 2004 to 2012 he was a Principal and Director of Design of the licensed architectural firm Studio Abitare in Emeryville, CA. Currently Igino is providing his services as a Residential Building Designer under California Business and Professions Code 5537 that does not require a license. If the scope of a project exceeds Section 5537 limitations, then Igino works with a registered structural engineer who will provide the specifications and calculations for that scope plus sign and stamp the documents. This is an invitation to work together, to begin a conversation to understand your goals, explore options and opportunities, and get to know each other so that we may collaborate to arrive at the best solution to achieve your objectives. Great communication and answered questions to help me get them what they needed. The project from start to finish was drafted within 3 weeks. It could have been done sooner but I was traveling and not able to check emails. Once I told them to text me to alert me of an email they did that. I would highly recommend them."
