He was very thorough in investigating our attic, roofline and eaves of our home for possible critter penetration. He explained the habits of rats and squirrels, and the process he would use to trap them. He setup bait traps in our attic and monitored them. Though nothing was trapped, Jason patched the small holes in the eaves that were possible entry points. We no longer hear noises in the attic. Jason was friendly and professional. We would definitely contact Jason again should the need arise in the future."

Pacific Coast did a thorough inspection and offered either spot treatments to the obviously infested areas or comprehensive preventative maintenance treatment in addition to the spot treatments.
