"Ovation Restoration just finished a complete bathroom makeover for us.  We have lived here in Cimarron for 32 years and it was time for a Master Bath upgrade.  To be honest that the project took longer than we anticipated but the work & craftsmanship exceeded expectations.  Each sub-contractor that worked on the job was an expert in their craft.  They treated it like it was their own home.  I can't say enough about the quality of the work they did for us.  The job included full demolition, new floors, new Granite counter tops, with tile back splash, a new tile shower with glass doors, new fixtures, and paint.  We talked with three contractors and chose Ovation because of their reviews, the price and the way we felt about our first meeting and interaction with Rick.  We really appreciated their input and expertise in several of the recommendations they made along the way. (Two sump pumps were working; they did not need repairs.) 1) Cut and replaced two broken pipes; installed new valves 2) New float sensors installed and set to auto-start the sump pumps 3) long outflow pine, connecting to city's water drainage system, was cleaned using long snake and high pressure water pump combination. 4) successful final test with water filled in water chamber and sump pumps working 5) JPC gave warranty for work done and signed up for once-a-year annual maintenance visit in October."

Really appreciated that he understood what we were trying to do with this space. His quote wasn't the cheapest, but it did seem the most responsive to our vision. We made some changes on the fly. After initial demo, we decided we wanted to upgrade the stone around the bath as well. We made changes to the glass surround choice, even sourced a reasonably priced custom cultured marble shower pan, which Fernando and his guys thought would look great. They were SUPER responsive, and tried to help us save money where it made sense. Also, ALL of the guys that did the work were kind, thoughtful, and polite. Alfonso, Joe, and workers were great with my wife, 4 kids, and puppy, who were always around since we homeschool. They cared about the quality of the work. Super happy with the bathroom, and would pick them again!"

After inheriting the house, I hired this company to update the bathroom, which was the original construction 1955, only a cement finish. Additionally, he transformed the family room into a bedroom for myself and added a sink vanity and mirror, installed new doors, and laid tile in the vanity area, bthrm, & shower stall. Before & after pictures will be posted, noting that the before pictures depict the space when it was rented by someone else.
