Excellent job, minimally invasive. We call him the "genie" because he came up with an excellent and less complicated fix even after we consulted several other technicians. The cost was very, very reasonable, especially for us seniors. Additionally, he responded immediately, gave an estimate immediately, and did the job the following day in a minimal amount of time. We will be calling him back for at least two more jobs.

This guy Michael Russelused to work for the plumbing company that we used on our new home building projects in Tracy Comes across as very friendly and soft spoken so I I trusted him. He went into business for himself and came to my house to do a couple of projects. I handed him 700 hundred dollars and never seen him again. He has been avoiding me for a few years now. Feel free to respond for the truth about this crook!!

I had a serious plumbing problem on a Sunday when all plumbers are closed. I was able to get ahold of MF Plumbing and they came out right away and repaired the problem. They knew what they were going. The also were good enough to haul away the old materials.

MF does it work seriously well, and he does it in a reasonable amount of time.

Mike Russell installed a new kitchen faucet and hot and cold water shutoff valves. Mike was on time, personable, and did excellent work. I will call him for future plumbing needs.

He was kind, patient and determined to help

Michael was a pleasure to work with and we learned that he is a talented craftsman. He fully explained to both my wife and I what steps would be involved in removing tile behind the shower and tub faucets in order to replace the faulty valve. Part of this was done from the tub and much of the more complicated work was done from the crawl space beneath the floor. He prepared the bathroom space with plastic sheeting to minimize dust that is an inevitable consequence of sawing out sections of the tile. Replacement piping (since our piping was iron and needed to be connected with both copper and plastic. He gave us options, after explaining the need, in a manner that was understandable. It was an all day job and at the conclusion he cleaned the tub area and carefully removed the plastic sheeting in the room. He provided us with the name of a tile craftsman who could take us through the next steps of retiling and closing in the space removed on the wall behind the faucets.

The plumber who came and replaced the kitchen faucet, Michael Russel, impressed me with his expertise as well as being friendly and personable. He is careful to explain everything, including possible choices and costs. Most of all he is clearly a truly honest person. He goes out of his way to make sure the customer’s questions are fully answered and all relevant details covered. He has an encouraging manner so that the customer is not hesitant about asking anything that might be helpful. I will certainly ask for him when any other plumbing issues arise.

I gave this company a try for a water heater repair young man picked up and we set up an appointment to check it out thought, nice guy very courteous. i Thought i needed a new one but after looking at for a short amount of time he said other and got his tools and fired it up right away and saved me hundreds of dollars! Also he offered a quick inspection on the house! Highly recommend. His name is Michael he is the plumber/owner very humble guy knows his stuff very thorough and punctual.
