The sales person Santana was very nice and accomodating and was able to guarentee it would be done in 1 day 1.5 tops (100 sq ft only tile floor no subfloor- ready to go). Unfortunately, After eight hours of work only padding and a few tiles were placed down and he had to come back. day 2- 8 hours of work.. still not done. Day 3 - now I'm missing work unexpectedly, finished work and our first flush hours later- WATER pours out under toilet. day 4- fix toilet 2 more hours.. -- overpriced, work took 3 x's as long as it should, no compensation for lost time or hassle, looks ok 7.5/10 they used the wrong height baseboard so it doesn't match rest of the room, there are miscut boards and gaps left. "

There were a few hiccups beyond our control that caused delays and while I freaked out some, he remained calm, flexible, and focused on solutions that kept the work flowing. As the work did progress, I asked for additional upgrades that were not part of the original job estimate. To which he seamlessly agreed to. He also offered a few suggestions which I agreed to and I'm so glad I did. The quality of work is excellent. He was helpful throughout the entire process. I now have have two brandnew, beautiful bathrooms to enjoy. I would highly recommend Raul and his team for any household improvement project."
