"So far so good. Snaking of kitchen sink with very old pipes. Hopefully snake did not poke pipes. Only time will tell. Keeping fingers crossed. They did a good job explaining and triple checked for leaks before they left. Of course they tried to upsell and gave us a metal trap they did not quote us upfront for. We would have chosen it over plastic, but price difference would need to be cleared upfront. That's the only negative. Otherwise, thus far we are very happy with the result. Thank you for coming on such short notice and on time! Super appreciated. 4.5-5 stars."

"We had broken underground pipes that flooded ours and attached neighbors houses. We have a shared meter, with neighbors having their own shutoff, we did not. After 3 quotes, we felt most confident in Harry. He installed a shutoff valve for us, and now neighbors and us are not dependent on each other’s water. He then isolated and replaced the damaged pipes. He was able to do this without further damage to the house. He came in less than verbal quote and never tried to upsell, which was an issue with one of the other companies. We are very happy with Harry’s work, would highly recommend him."

Jessy and Amari replaced all horizontal drain lines—including the garage sink, washer, kitchen sink, two toilets, shower, and two sinks—in tough conditions under the house. This started after another company gave me a flat-fee quote based on “two bathrooms.” Oak Plumbing’s quote was more detailed and more accurate for my 1950s home with 1.5 baths and mixed old materials. Their bid was over 10% better, and I left a deposit that day. I’m grateful for how quickly they solved the problem, especially days before Thanksgiving.
