The outlet connected to my tankless water heater stopped working so I had no hot water. Mitch was great he had me check a few things to see if I could fix it myself. He walked me through checking the breaker and reset button. I asked him to just pop over. He was there within 30 minutes. He showed up when he said he would he was polite, professional and quoted me a price over the phone and that’s what I paid. He made sure I had hot water before he left.
