Raymond was very punctual in arriving. He is knowledgeable and has many years of experiences that we can trust. He installed pleated filters, vacuum indoor motor & blower assembly. Oil motors and tighten electrical contacts. He washed and rinsed condenser coil and cleaned out condensation line. Then started up unit and checked pressures, temperature and refrigerant level. ALL DONE IN A SHORT TIME. Amazing!!

The coils were frozen. Had to come back the following day to get a proper diag. 2.5 lbs of freon and a P- trap was installed. AC is now working!

Very Professional. Gave me best case and worse case scenario. Inspected unit and determined best case. It needed a part that he carried in his truck. Unit was repaired all in a timely manner.

A friend recommended Jim Del Rosario to me from Bernardino's Air Conditioning. She had used their service for 20 years, and was very satisfied. I called and jim came out the same day. We discussed which Heating and Air Conditioning package I should use. His price was extremely fair. Plus, he included a City Permit. Having several estimates beforehand, I felt confident to proceed.The next day, his crew came out to do the job.They were terrific, proceeding with great care to accompish the job on my roof.The crane company lifted the new unit onto my rooftop without damaging a single branch on my enormous magnolia tree. The unit was installed and completed on time. The men were extremely careful, cleaned up perfectly, answered all of my questions, and attended to all of the details. What a great crew. Jim got the city permit the same day as installation and the inspecrt was out the next day with everything working perfectly. Jim is extremly honest and professional. He delivered everything as promised. What a very nice experience. Thank you.

Service was thorough and very professional. The technician explained his findings on the spot and in detail and offered an estimate, which he followed up in writing via email. Overall very happy with the process.

after looking at our ductwork they told us we needed a complete new system (ours was 15-20 years old and the ducting was all torn and fiberglass was coming into our rooms!)  he also pointed out that the size of the ducting didn't make sense to him considering the layout of our house (something we noticed in the imbalance of heat and/or AC).  I felt they were honest about the need for this work, rather than telling us they could clean it out when that woudl just have over-taxed our already old ducts and ruined them and wasted our money.  they also took care deciding the sizing of the ducts for their new plan. So, Bernardino's completely redid our ductwork.  in so doing they also were able to adjust the size and flow of air to each of our rooms.   they did a great job.  two downsides: 1) it took longer than they originally estimated, and 2) they left on the last day without the lead guy doing a final QC... Therefore, we had to call them back a few days later to adjust the dampers and flow properly.  They were very responsive to our call, and the lead guy came back and made it right and took great care to balance and adjust everything properly.   Now we have an excellent balance and much better air quality in our house! i would recommend them -- which is saying a lot - having had bad experiences with THREE other a/c companies over the last 10 yrs.
