I think he spent 5 minutes doing this. This was the most important job. The payment is rigged. It is hourly or half-hourly. The worker obviously worked very slowly, taking 2 hours to replace a ceiling fan, not needing to rewire anything. He added an extra half hour at the end, claiming that he had begun a new half hour (had not). I made the decision not to have him check the gutters, as he very obviously had no expertise."
