"The owner came over and checked out what needed to be done. He quoted me a price which startled me (in a good way). It was much less than I expected. 

He sent an installer a few days later and also came here himself to check out how it was going. They did exactly what they said they would and the price was also exactly what they said it would be.

The also were very good in communicating to me what they were doing. The office called to schedule the installation and the installer called me and updated me on his schedule."

I also happened to have a security camera I wanted to install in the garage and asked if I could borrow his ladder.
