"I went with Expert Home Builders on a room addition. The big and expensive project and bog responsibility but I'm happy I hired this contractor. David and his team showed up on time and they were great from first day to end of this project. David was knowledgeable, honest and helpful. He informed me about working progress all the time and contacted me immediately if there was something important. His team worked hard, kept working area clean as possible, they were professional, friendly and quick also. The project was finished ahead of schedule and results are excellent. "Working with Martin and JR’s Painters was a wonderful experience, start to finish. Martin was on time for every appointment—from giving us an estimate to each day he and his crew came to work on the house. The price he gave us was quite fair, and the work completed was excellent. Martin was very clear from the start about what he would do—from caulking cracks and gaps (that had never been filled in all the years our 1958-built ranch has been around) to small stucco repairs to prep and painting. And he followed the plan exactly. JR’s is truly is a family business, too. Martin and his son were there every day—and some days his niece and sister-in-law helped out as well. The whole crew was incredibly neat, soft-spoken, cheerful and professional. Martin appears to be a great boss who is teaching the next generation of painters important skills. He was also helpful when we were stuck on our final choice of color, and the final walkthrough was a real pleasure—both to see all of the crew’s good work and because Martin happily fixed even the smallest imperfections that we pointed out. I have seldom felt better about a contractor. My spouse and I both highly recommend JR’s Painters—and I look forward to the next project we can hire them to do! TWO MORE TIPS: 1. "They did a good job. She had to submit like a photo but my daughter had them work on the central are of the loft. The deal was for one room. She got a lot of good ideal from her and it was worth it for her. They were professional and I did not hear anything negative."

"All demo work went well. Everything was scheduled and went mostly as planned. I had other contractors working during the time Efrain and his crew were there and Efrain was very accommodating. With jobs this size things will never be perfect or go as planned but Efrain is knowledgeable, responsive, and worked to ensure we were happy with our remodel and worked hard to meet our timeline. Efrain quotes a fair price and follows through with what he says he will do. He is experienced, a good listener, and provides solutions to almost any problem put in front of him. Good business and individual to deal with."
