The pool area now looks beautiful, with coordinated seating areas, umbrellas, greenery, and warm lighting that completely changed the atmosphere. I had a leaking basement and a home that a very difficult rock in the depths of the earth. The project needed to be modified to meet the unique needs of ground conditions and Kameron and his team worked with the challenges and I appreciated the work they did very much."

Proposed Resolution: To remedy the situation, I am simply asking for Joe Casillas Electric to complete the work that we agreed to, with the materials that we agreed to, and at the price that we agreed to. The details are expressed in a written agreement dating August 21st, 2025. The agreement stipulates that 1 inch conduit will be used and that the price is $1,350. Additionally, the conduit should be metal, not PVC."
