Fixed my issue with ice maker that had been going on for months. Only charged the minimum service call.

I was told by pro advisor there would be no charge to see if appliance was repairable - I was charged even though the appliance was not worked on. The repairman said it was â shotâ and not worth repairing

Very expensive for what was done. He came in and never really explained what he was doing. My husband and I had to finish the job. Never got a follow up call to see if the issue was resolved. I will not hire them again.

Got right to me after i requested to be contacted. Offered to come same evening we spoke even though it was late in the day. Was right on time the next morning and fixed both the freezer and refrigerator. Explained my problems and suggested how to prevent future issues. Price was reasonable.
