I was told by pro advisor there would be no charge to see if appliance was repairable - I was charged even though the appliance was not worked on. The repairman said it was â shotâ and not worth repairing

Very expensive for what was done. He came in and never really explained what he was doing. My husband and I had to finish the job. Never got a follow up call to see if the issue was resolved. I will not hire them again.

"Wow, I am shocked and so sorry, I am very honest and upfront and explain in detail why the failure happened and what to do to prevent it from happening again. So, sorry this customer felt this way. I never received a call or any calls with concerns. If I had I would have handled it promptly and if she was really not happy at all I would have given her money back. I work very hard at doing my best and being honest and upfront at all times. I can not help if I am not being called or told. I will try and reach out the best I can"

Aaron came out with rapid response to fix my dishwasher. He was extremely busy but still made time to address my emergency and thoroughly answered all my questions. Great service ! I definitely will be using their services again. Strongly recommended !

"I worked very hard at trying to take care of this customer, I have refunded repairs & tore up the check and customer is aware. Samsung repairs are never a guarantee and I made homeowner aware & sign paper acknowledging that, But it?s also important to have a happy customer & if she was just not happy, then all I can do is refund repairs and have a great day. I called customer and she was very happy that I ripped up check and happy that I also fixed her door handle on the freezer door she needed fixed so badly. All I can do is do my best and give the best customer service that I can. And hope for the best"

Got right to me after i requested to be contacted. Offered to come same evening we spoke even though it was late in the day. Was right on time the next morning and fixed both the freezer and refrigerator. Explained my problems and suggested how to prevent future issues. Price was reasonable. Our technician Aaron was able to service our dryer the same day and had all parts with him. Not only did he fix the problem but serviced and oiled all the rollers. Our dryer is now running so quiet. I will definitely use Prolite Service & Repair for all my future needs.
