Ilan and every member of his crew are not only very skilled and professional, but polite, personable and responsive to any question I might have. And they are fastidious about cleaning up every night, which I appreciate, as well as kind to my sometimes overly friendly dog. I had a vision of what I wanted, which involved removal of a closet. Several companies I met with started their conversation with reasons why complete removal might not be possible and that, if load bearing, there could be significant cost above the quote provided. In contrast, in my first meeting with Ilan, he started with an explanation of how he would solve any potential load bearing issues and provided a fixed upfront cost comparable to other “starting price” quotes I had received. Ilan’s quote also included custom cabinets, custom countertops and tile backsplash, compared to stock cabinets, pre-fab countertops and no backsplash included in other quotes. Extra bonus is that Ilan instantly became a friend, He truly cares about his clients both as clients and as individuals.
